I am a wife, mother and health & fitness expert, with a passion for teaching people to live a healthy and fit lifestyle.  I help my clients to make healthy lifestyle choices by focusing on three core concepts: Behavior Modification, Low-Glycemic Eating (foods that work for you not against you) and Body Composition (fat loss vs weight loss).

My mission is to help people one inch at a time to get healthy and live their best life!  Getting healthy doesn’t have to be hard. With the right coaching and support it will become your reality!

I start each client out with a Fitness Assessment and Functional Movement Screening.  Your Functional Movement Screening will review the way you move.  This knowledge allows me to develop targeted exercises that reduce pain and correct any imbalances, allowing you to move with greater efficiency, improving performance and decreasing possible injury.  This 10 minute screen is one of many tools that allows me to create a unique program so you can reach your goals. The Functional Movement screen works for all ages and fitness levels.
